The event in pictures
The PRISM Summit brought together an international group of some 200 practitioners, professionals and academics to debate intangibles issues. The venue was Cass Business School’s splendid new building in the City of London, opened by HM the Queen in May.
Among the speakers were (left to right, top to bottom): Diane Coyle, Leif Edvinsson, Lars Kolind, Nick Butler, Jonathan Low and Goran Roos.
There were many opportunities for delegates to network...
...and plenty of relevant news and information to study.
The scene was set in the main auditorium by City’s vice-chancellor, Professor David Rhind.
The day was devoted to themed presentations and panel discussions, starting with the session below on understanding and measuring value-creation in today's macro-economy. The session was chaired by Diane Coyle.
Short 15-minute contributions were made throughout the day from a number of high-profile speakers. the second sesssion, for example, included Lars Kolind and Nick Butler of BP, pictured below.
The themed panels were further enriched with questions and comments from the audience.
Lunchtime provided further occasions to refresh acquaintanceships...
...after which the conference offered two streams – on regulatory approaches...
...and on corporate initiatives that are leading to practical solutions. The day concluded with a a wrap-up panel led by Goran Roos.(below, left)...
... before Professor Clive Holtham closed proceedings on behalf of the PRISM community.
Feedback on PRISM from those present was very positive. Additional detail, including the conference proceedings, are to be found on this part of the website. PRISM's research findings are available on both this site and on a CD which was distributed to all conference delegates.
